Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lyproc.com, operated by Dr. Balaram Dhotre, believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

  1. Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • However, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to our shipping partners and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • No cancellations are entertained for products obtained by customers during special promotional events, flash sales, or personalized gift offers. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been purchased/shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or delivered to you.
  • To cancel an order/Product, please write an email to bvkhealthcare@gmail.com with your Order No. and the reason for cancellation. We will send a confirmation email for the cancelled order.

Processing Time for Cancellation Requests:

  • Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
  1. Refunds

When Will I Get Back the Amount for a Cancelled Order?

  • Once an order is cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund and for the amount to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Lyproc.com.

General Refund Conditions:

Lyproc.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. A refund can only be provided when the following conditions are met:

  1. Product Condition: The Product must be unboxed/unopened/undamaged by the customer.
  2. Wrong Product Received: In case you received a wrong product, we will first arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other reasons, then a refund can be arranged. We might first require the return of the incorrect product for verification.
  3. Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be arranged. We might first require the return of the defective product for inspection.

Refunds cannot be provided under the following conditions:

  1. No Manufacturing Defect: If the Product does not have any kind of manufacturing defect.
  2. Customer Damage: If the Product is unboxed/opened/damaged by the customer.
  3. Fraudulent Returns: In cases of suspected fraudulent returns, such as the replacement of the original product with an identical powder or other material.
  4. Courier Delay: We do not allow refunds in case of delays caused by the courier service.
  5. Refused Delivery: In case of refused delivery by the customer, the refund will be processed after deduction of paid shipping and handling charges.
  1. Replacements & Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to transport/shipping. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • If you need to replace a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email us at bvkhealthcare@gmail.com with your Order No., a description of the defect/damage, and photographic evidence. Instructions for returning the item will be provided.
  • For damaged products, we provide a replacement one (1) time only.
  • Returns for Replacement: Defect needs to be authorized first by our Customer Service team before the item is sent back. After the Product defect is identified and confirmed, please send the Product to: [Dr. Balaram Dhotre, A 16, Shantikunj Society, Arunachal Road, Subhanpura, Vadodara-390023]
  1. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have received confirmation of a refund initiation from Lyproc.com or our payment gateway, and you have not received the refund:

  • Please allow for 14 banking days from the refund initiation date. Check your bank account statement and re-verify the non-receipt of the refund.
  • If the refund was to your credit card, contact your credit card company. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be officially posted to your account.
  • Obtain the refund transaction ID from Lyproc.com and contact your bank directly for the refund status. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bvkhealthcare@gmail.com with the transaction details.
  1. Gifts
  • If an item is marked as a gift by Lyproc.com or given as a gift from Lyproc.com, it is non-refundable.
  1. Shipping for Returns/Replacements
  • Shipping charges for the return of the product for replacement or refund will generally be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or wrong product shipment, where Lyproc.com may decide to cover the return shipping costs.
  • When returning a product, please write the full return address provided by our Customer Service and keep the tracking number for your records.
  1. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Presently, we are not offering Lypro-C to international buyers.
