Replacement Policy

This Replacement Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for replacing products purchased from Lyproc.com.
- Scope of Policy
- This Replacement Policy applies to purchases made through both the Lyproc.com Website and any associated Lyproc.com Applications (Android & iOS, if applicable).
- It is applicable to all Lypro-C products sold on our platforms.
- Replacement Window
- The replacement window for a product lasts for 10 days from the date of order delivery. Requests for replacement initiated after this 10-day period will not be entertained.
- Eligibility for Replacement
- A user can replace a product with the exact same one (same pack size & variation) only once per order/item.
- Lyproc.com (operated by Dr. Balaram Dhotre) will cover courier charges for replacement if the conditions for eligibility (outlined below) are met.
- Replacement is only for the same product and same variation of Lypro-C.
- Conditions for Free Replacement
A free replacement can be created if the item falls under one of the following categories:
- Wrong Product Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered. In such cases, a replacement will be arranged first; if a replacement is not possible (e.g., due to stock unavailability), a refund may be arranged as per our Refund Policy.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product received is found to be defective or damaged due to transportation. In such cases, one (1) replacement will be provided after our team has checked and confirmed the defect or damage.
- Physically Damaged: If the product is physically damaged upon arrival (must be reported within the 10-day replacement window).
- Different from Description: If the product received is significantly different from its description on our website.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Ineligibility for Free Replacement
A free replacement cannot be created under the following circumstances:
- An item has already been replaced once earlier.
- The item is not eligible for free replacement as per the conditions listed above, but may still be returned for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Replacement is not valid in conjunction with ongoing offers or coupons.
- How to Request a Replacement
- To request a replacement for the same item, please email us at bvkhealthcare@gmail.com with your Order No., a clear description of the issue (e.g., wrong product, damage, defect), and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, instructions for sending your item back will be provided.

- Important Notes
- Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packaging, seals, and any accompanying materials (like instruction manuals, scoops, etc.) in their original condition.
- The final decision on replacement eligibility rests with Lyproc.com after the returned product has been inspected and verified.
